To celebrate the Galway Food Festival, we’ll be hosting a Thai style barbecue outside at the Spanish Arch on Saturday and Sunday from 2-30pm -4.30pm, Easter weekend. A range of tasty Thai bites will be coming hot off the barbie such as Thai marinated chicken, prawn, and beef. Our popular Pad Se-Ew noodles will be served alongside them. And that’s not all…
If you’re not quite sure what you want and fancy a little bit of everything, our Taster Plate will whet your appetite. It’s tapas but Thai style! It includes a sampler of five of our popular dishes from our main menu including;

Want to discover some tips on Thai cooking?
As part of the main Food Festival event, we’re hosting a Demonstration of Thai Cooking Techniques on Saturday 12 noon, April 19th. Head chef Noy will share his expertise on Thai styles of cooking that you can try at home. He will demonstrate Thai techniques for preparing meat, herbs and vegetables. A demonstration of Thai cooking methods will follow. In addition to this, Jhem will display her amazing talent at vegetable carving. Watch her create stunning works of intricate art from carving vegetables right before your eyes.
