Our Thai Culinary team at Thai Garden infuse the five fundamental flavours of Thai cuisine into our cooking: hot, sour, sweet, salty and bitter.
Traditional ingredients are used such as lemon grass, coconut, coriander, galangal, Thai basil and mint to create delicious food based on traditional wholesome Thai recipes.
We pride ourselves on not using any MSG or preservatives to our dishes instead relying on quality fresh, ingredients to produce delicious Thai Dishes that delight the senses with wonderful flavours.
Our head chef Natee leads our professional Thai culinary team creating a style of food that is now focused on central Thailand which we feel appeals to all tastes.
Central Thailand food style is also referred to as Royal Cuisine as our dishes are elaborately prepared. Choose from a range of dishes including stir-fries, sizzling flambé dishes, curries, seafood, rice and noodles.
At Thai Garden our chefs delicately prepare dishes to suit all tastes and dietary requirements, with a delicious collection of vegan, vegetarian and virtually fat free meals a popular favourite with our customers.
